Shipping

1.1 Orders ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after an order has been placed on our website.

1.2 Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, unless otherwise outlined in the Return Policy.

1.3 Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional shipping charges.

1.4 If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact Viridian Meadows, before 12:00PM PST the next day after your order has been placed, at [email protected] with all the details. Please note orders ship 1-3 business day after the order has been placed.

1.5 Shipping delays by carriers are beyond our control

     · Viridian Meadows cannot be held liable for failure to meet deadlines.

     · We recommend you plan installation after product arrives.

     · Delivery dates are approximate, due to delays be shipping carriers.

1.6 Tracking numbers will usually be emailed the day after the product has been shipped. If you did

not receive your tracking number, please contact us at [email protected]

1.7 Delivery is via ground service.

1.8 Delivery charges are based on location and weights, which are in the descriptions of the products.

1.9 Damage during transit

     · If possible, check to see if the package has been possibly damaged during transit. Please

       check to see if the package has rips, tears, crushed, stains, shortages and more.

     · If there is visible damage at the time of receipt, please indicate to the delivery driver to mark

       the package damaged in their system.

     · Please take pictures of the damages before opening and while opening.

     · Do not discard any packing material or the box the product arrived in because the shipping

       carrier may request to see this material.
